Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will happily arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because each case is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind). We highly encourage you to double-check that you have selected the correct phone model before completing your purchase.
